Initiating and answering phone calls works as if you were sitting at your desk. You can place calls within your office as well as outside your office, and inbound calls to your extension will be pushed to your mobile phone.

Transferring Calls

• Attended Transfer:

  • Ensure that you are on an active call

  • Press Add Call

  • You may manually the extension or outside number you want to add to the call, or select from your Contacts. Once the phone number or contact is selected, initiate the phone call.

  • If you want to initiate the transfer, press Merge. The call can safely be ended from your end. Otherwise, if you want to disconnect the added phone call and return to the previous caller, press the red hangup button.

• Blind Transfer

  • Ensure that you are on an active call

  • Press More → Transfer

  • You may manually the extension or outside number you want to add to the call, or select from your Contacts.

  • Once the phone number or contact is selected, initiate the phone call. The call will automatically end on your end, but the transfer has initiated successfully.

• Conference Calling

  • Ensure that you are on an active call

  • Press Add Call

  • You may manually the extension or outside number you want to add to the call, or select from your Contacts. Once the phone number or contact is selected, initiate the phone call.

  • Press Merge. All 3 parties will be active participants on the phone call.
