Use Ringotel

The Ringotel app allows you to connect to your phone system from anywhere in the world with an unrestricted, appropriate-quality internet connection. Your mobile device will virtually host your office’s desk phone. All calls directed to your office extension will simultaneously reach the Ringotel app. Any outbound call placed via the Ringotel app will display your office’s Caller ID information on the receiving party’s display. Finally, you can dial other extensions within your office, as if you were sitting at your desk.

The iOS and Android apps have full push notification capabilities. Even if you fully terminate the app, you will still continue to receive phone calls. You may temporarily stop notifications by pressing the menu button (3 bars on the top left of the screen) and change your status from “online” to “busy”.

Please note, that the Ringotel app is a subscription service. Please contact your partner reseller or Junction support in order to activate your Ringotel license.
