Parking & Retrieving Parked Calls (Bria Mobile)

If your company utilizes the call park function, you have the ability to park & retrieve calls through the Bria Enterprise app.

To park a call:

• Ensure that you are on an active call

• Press More → Transfer

• On the keypad, enter: 70x, then press the green button to place the call. “x” represents the parking slot. Example, 701 represents Park 1; 702 represents Park 2, etc.

• You will see a success message

To retrieve a parked call:

• You will need to know ahead of time which parking slot the call is placed.

• From the dialing keypad, enter: 70x, then press the green button to place the call. “x” represents the parking slot. Example, 701 represents Park 1; 702 represents Park 2, etc.
