Bria Desktop Manual Configuration

If you purchased and manage your own Bria licenses, you can utilize this guide to configure the application

1. Softphone → Account Settings –> Add

2. Input the appropriate information in the following fields:

   1. Account Name: Junction PBX

   2. User ID: Your extension number

   3. Domain: Company domain name (provided by Junction support)

   4. Password: Registration password (provided by Junction support)

3. Navigate to the Transport tab and make the following modifications:

   1. Signaling transport: TLS

   2. Media Encryption: Make and accept only encrypted calls should be checked

   3. Security: Remove the check box for Verify TLS Certificate

4. Navigate to the Advanced tab and make the following modifications:

   1. Reregister every: 360 seconds

   2. Remove the check box from Enable Session Timers

5. If you utilize the Presence feature: Navigate to the Presence tab and make the following modifications:

   1. Mode: Peer-to-peer

   2. Poll Time: 59 seconds

   3. Refresh Interval: 59 seconds
