JUNCTION CLOUD CONNECTIONS · API v1

Build with Junction Cloud Connections

Connect your calls, phones and business tools.

Use the Junction Cloud Connections API to retrieve call history, build reports and connect calling features to your applications. Requests use HTTPS and responses use JSON.

Your first request

  1. Get your API base URL, API token and company ID from Junction Cloud Connections.
  2. Replace the placeholders in an example with your account details.
  3. Send the request from your server or integration.

Authentication

Send your API token in the Authorization header on each request:

Authorization: Bearer YOUR_API_TOKEN

Keep the token on your server. Do not put it in a public website or share it in screenshots.

Your API address

Use the HTTPS base URL supplied for your Junction Cloud Connections account. API paths begin with /api/v1.

https://YOUR-PORTAL-HOST/api/v1

The domain_uuid path parameter is your company ID. Junction Cloud Connections supplies this ID; use it in each company-scoped request.

Get the next page

List endpoints support limit and starting_after. The allowed page size and cursor field are shown on each endpoint. When a response has has_more: true, pass the last result’s ID as starting_after to request the next page.

Live calls and registrations use snapshot cursors. Use the cursor for the current result set.
