Transferring Calls

Speak to the person first

1. During the call, press Transfer.
2. Enter the extension or phone number, then press Call or Send.
3. Wait for the person to answer and introduce the caller.
4. Press Transfer again to connect them.

Send the caller directly

1. During the call, choose B-Transfer if it is shown. Otherwise press Transfer.
2. Enter the extension or phone number.
3. With B-Transfer, press Call. With the standard Transfer screen, press Transfer again without placing a consultation call.

If the person cannot take the call

End the consultation call, select the original caller and choose Resume.
