Transferring Calls (Blind)
- Ensure that you are on an active call, and that the caller is not placed on hold (line button will be solid red)
- Press the bxfer button
- Dial the extension number or phone number that you wish to transfer the call to
- Press Dial
- The call will disconnect on your end, and the caller will be transferred to the entered destination
- If you accidentally entered a destination that was invalid, the call will ring back to your phone
