Transferring Calls (Attended)
- Ensure that you are on an active call, and that the caller is not placed on hold
- Press the XFER/CLR button
- Dial the extension number or phone number that you wish to transfer the call to
- Press CALL
- Your phone will display CANCEL. This will give you a dial tone and you will have the opportunity to dial another extension or phone number. If you press CANCEL a second time, you will immediately be returned to the original call. Otherwise, to complete the transfer, press the XFER/CLR button again.
