Transferring Calls
- Ensure that you are on an active call, and that the caller is not placed on hold
- Press the Transfer button
- Dial the extension or phone number that you wish to transfer the call to
- You may press one of the following options:
- Press Blind to send the call right through, and then you can hang up
- Press Attended to make an attended transfer. If the remote party wants to accept the transferred call, press Confirm. Otherwise, press Cancel to return to the original caller.
