Group Paging (Page All Phones)

• Your phone is required to be inactive, or free of any calls
• Press and hold for 2 seconds, the black button on the left side of the phone, underneath the two silver volume buttons
• You will hear a confirmation tone, and you can begin speaking. All phones on the same network will be paged.
• Press the red end call key to hangup and end the page.

NOTE: Group paging to phones in remote offices, phones on another network, or across different phone manufacturers, will not work automatically. Please contact support to check if your phone qualifies for out-of-network group paging.
