Conference Calling

Method 1: Adding a party to your existing call

• Ensure that the caller is not placed on hold (line button will be solid red)
• Press the Conf button
• Dial the extension number or phone number that you wish to add
• Press Dial
• Only after the other party answers the call, you will be presented with End Call and Conf.
• End Call will place the original caller on hold and hang up the call to the extension or phone number you intended to conference.
• Conf will add the new party to the phone call, and connect you with the two other callers.
• During the conference call, you can press Join to disconnect yourself from the conference, but keep the other two callers on an active call
• To disconnect the conferenced caller, simply press on the red light of the active call. This will keep the line active between yourself and the original caller.

Method 2: Joining/Conferencing two active calls - One on hold (flashing red light) /One active call (solid red light)

• Press the arrow that points to the right
• Press confLx
• Both calls will be joined as one phone call
• During the conference call, you can press Join to disconnect yourself from the conference, but keep the other two callers on an active call
