Transferring Calls (Attended)

Speak privately to the other person before sending the caller through.

1. During the call, press Transfer.
2. Check the transfer type. Choose Consultative if it is not already selected.
3. Enter the extension or phone number and choose Send or Dial.
4. Wait for the other person to answer and introduce the caller.
5. Press Transfer again to connect them.

If the transfer screen is already open, choose its Blind or Consultative option before dialing. You may need More to see the choice.

No answer or the person cannot take the call?

Choose Cancel to return to the original caller. If the original call is still held, select it and choose Resume.
