Speed Dial & Directories

Please note, speed dial buttons are different from Presence buttons.

Presence is an “enhanced” version of speed dial, where you can also monitor to see if another extension within your organization is on an active phone call. Please contact support or your partner reseller to add/modify these buttons. The presence buttons can also be managed on your online portal.

To add a speed dial entry on your Yealink handset:

• Press the Directory button on your home screen, or press the down arrow key

• By default, there is an “All Contacts” group. Feel free to create additional contact groups as needed.

• Use the arrow keys to navigate to the contact group you want to work with. If you are using the default All Contact groups, just press Enter.

• Press Add, and enter the appropriate information on the next screen. Once the contact information is entered, press Save.
