Parking & Retrieving Calls

Park lets you leave a caller in a shared position so someone can pick up the call on another phone. Available only if enabled for your service.

Park a caller

1. While speaking to the caller, find an unused key labelled Park. Use the line-key page control if it is on another page.
2. Press that Park key. Wait for the call to leave your phone and the Park indicator to show it is occupied.
3. Tell your coworker which Park position you used, such as “Park 1”.

Pick up a parked call

1. Find the same Park position on your phone.
2. Press its occupied Park key to connect to the waiting caller.

If you do not see Park keys, ask your phone administrator which shared positions your team uses.
