Transferring Calls (Attended) | Junction Connections Support

Ensure that you are on an active call, and that the caller is not placed on hold (line button will be solid red)
Press the xfer button
Dial the extension number or phone number that you wish to transfer the call to
Press Dial
The phone will ring to the number you dialed
Only after the other party answers the call, you will be presented with End Call and xfer.

End Call will hang up the call that was placed to the extension or phone number you intended to transfer the call to. It will also place the original caller on hold.
Xfer will send the call to the party that you intended to transfer the call to. The call will disconnect on your end after pressing this button.
