Connect to WiFi

You have the flexibility to change the WiFi network that your Grandstream WP820 cordless phone is connecting to.

• From your home screen, select the middle button for Menu
• Scroll to the blue Settings icon
• Select Network Settings
• Select WiFi Settings
• Scroll down and locate the WiFi network you would like to connect to. Then press the middle Connect button
• The Password field will be highlighted. To change the password, press the middle button, and the cursor should begin to blink. You can change between letters, numbers, and symbols, by pressing the # key. To select a special character or symbol, press the 1 or * key and select the appropriate symbol.
• Press Connect. A confirmation will appear.
