Speed Dial

Please note, speed dial buttons are different from Presence buttons.

Presence is an “enhanced” version of speed dial, where you can also monitor to see if another extension within your organization is on an active phone call. Please contact support or your partner reseller to add/modify these buttons.

To add a speed dial entry on your Polycom handset:

• Press the Home button

• Navigate to Directories

• Select Contact Directory

• Contacts, if any, will be shown on this page. You can add a new contact by pressing the Add button. To delete a contact, highlight the contact you intend to delete, then press Info → Delete.

• All added contacts will be displayed on the home screen of your phone for single-click access.
