Music on Hold
Applications → Music on Hold
Music on Hold allows you to customize the music that callers hear when they are placed on hold. Please contact support for initial programming. Once programmed, you may modify the music files that are played to callers.
To upload a new Music on Hold file:
Press ADD on the top right
Under the Category dropdown, select any of your domain names. Please ignore any duplicates and simply select any one domain name.
Press “Select…”
Select the mp3 or wav file that you wish to upload, then press UPLOAD
To remove Music on Hold data, simply check mark the desired files, then press DELETE on the top of the page.
