Applications → Call Detail Records

Call History provides historic detail of all calls that took place within your organization. If you subscribe to call recordings, this page will also allow you to listen/download recorded phone calls.

• You may input a full or partial telephone number in the search field to search records

• To change the date, simply click on the calendar, and select the start and end date that you want to search. To narrow the search to just one date, simply click the date twice.

• Call Direction: Inbound/Outbound/Local

• Users or Groups: This allows you to filter calls that were made to/from a specific extension
