Check & Manage Voicemail

To check & manage your voicemail, press the envelope button on your phone. If your phone does not have an envelope button, dial *97 to go to the voicemail menu. To access from the outside, dial your extension number. When you hear your voicemail greeting, press *. You will be prompted to enter your PIN.

To modify mailbox options, press option 5. 

• Press 1 - Menu to record greetings

  • Choose a greeting between 1 and 9. Then follow the instructions to record the greeting.

    • NOTE: You may program multiple greetings, for example, a separate vacation greeting.

    • Voicemail greetings can be recorded by AI, or a pre-recorded wav/mp3 file can be uploaded. See the Voicemail page for additional information.

• Press 2 - Choose the greeting you recorded in the previous step, between 1 and 9. This will activate the selected greeting to play to callers. Other saved greetings will not be erased and can be used in the future.

• Press 3 - Record name. This is used for the company directory. Also, if an Unavailable and/or Busy message is not recorded, a name is played instead of a message.

• Press 6 - Change password.
