Applications → Call Detail Records

Call History provides historic detail of all calls that your extension was involved with. Missed calls, outbound calls, received calls will be available. If applicable, listening to recorded calls is also provided on this page.

The search field is very intuitive to search for phone calls

  • You may input a full or partial telephone number in the search field to search records

  • To change the date, simply click on the calendar, and select the start and end date that you want to search. To narrow the search to just one date, simply click the date twice.

  • Call Direction: Inbound/Outbound/Local
