List call history

GET/api/v1/domains/{domain_uuid}/cdrs

Find calls for your company. Filter by date, extension, direction or call outcome.

Path parameters

domain_uuidstringrequired

Your company ID supplied by Junction Cloud Connections. Use the same ID throughout your requests.

Query parameters

limitinteger

Optional. Number of results to return (min 1, max 500). Defaults to 500.

starting_afterstring

Optional. Return results after this CDR UUID (cursor).

searchstring

Optional. Search caller name, numbers, SIP Call-ID, and status.

directionstring

Optional. Filter by direction.

statusstring

Optional. Filter by status. Accepted values: answered, no answer, cancelled, voicemail, missed call, abandoned, callback_requested.

extension_uuidstring

Optional. Filter by extension UUID.

call_center_queue_uuidstring

Optional. Filter by queue UUID.

date_frominteger

Optional. Start of date range in epoch seconds (UTC).

date_tointeger

Optional. End of date range in epoch seconds (UTC).
